I ordered the Snoredoc; I couldn't even wear it for 10 minutes. I emailed the company to ask for a refund.
I was told to include RMA# and Order # but I forgot to do this. I emailed them and they said there wouldn't be a problem they'd still refund me. They've emailed me at least 2 other times stating the same. I've emailed them several times.
The last time I heard from them, they asked, "You haven't received the refund yet?" I wrote back that I hadn't.
Now I don't hear from them at all. This has been going on for over a month and a half.
